Once we have received your booking request we will process your booking as soon as possible. You will receive a voyage confirmation and an invoice. Your booking is confirmed upon the receipt of these documents.
You can only pay your invoice by bank transfer. All the details are provided in the invoice. We do not accept credit cards or cheques.
If you cancel the voyage more than 2 months before the date of its start, you will get a full refund or you can rebook for another date (where available) or choose another voyage. You may need to pay the difference if the price of your new voyage is higher.
If you cancel the booking less than 2 months before the trip, we will charge you the full amount. In case you have someone willing to take your place on the voyage, we will refund you in full.
If you don't have all the necessary information or you need more time, you can use Google form. You can fill it out, then download and email it at our office email address.
